When we come together to create magical experiences for our kids, we show them what an engaged, thriving community looks like and the importance of connection, contribution, and supporting one another.
How You Can Get Involved

Key Roles: Help plan and organize events. By providing leadership and coordinating details, you bring people together around a shared purpose. Every parent and caregiver needs to take on one Key Role every year.

Bonus Roles: Support with smaller, flexible tasks. Whether helping behind the scenes or directly during each event, your involvement brings us closer as a community.

Event Shifts: Get hands-on by helping with setup and activities that bring each event to life. Every shift helps build a sense of shared purpose. We need every parent and caregiver to take a shift at ALL Big 3 events.
